Complementing our milling and boring capacity, our CNC turning workshop handles large-diameter rotary components. We have 2 CNC vertical lathes and 10 horizontal CNC lathes on-site. The vertical lathes are specially configured for oversized rotary workpieces, supporting a maximum turning diameter of 4000 mm and a maximum machining height of 2200 mm. Our horizontal CNC lathes can process workpieces with a maximum turning length up to 5000 mm. Whether clients need large flanges, sleeves, rollers or cylindrical parts for petroleum equipment and power machinery, our CNC turning services deliver stable dimensional accuracy for both low-volume prototypes and batch production.

For extra-large workpieces, surface planing serves as a critical rough machining step to remove heavy material stock before CNC precision machining. After planing, we apply surface grinding to meet strict surface roughness requirements. Our workshop is fitted with surface grinders and cylindrical grinders, achieving a finest surface roughness of 0.4 μm. This combination of planing and precision grinding ensures heavy oversized blanks get flat, clean surfaces ready for subsequent milling, boring and assembly operations.
