Mechanical Assembly Service
SHIHUA provide in-factory mechanical assembly services. Unlike on-site installation, workshop assembly avoids weather and site restrictions. With our in-house machining equipment, SHIHUA guarantee high assembly precision and reduce rework risks.
Our experienced team handles heavy assemblies up to 50 tons per piece for metallurgy, paper, and petroleum machinery. Full pre-assembly, inspection and testing are completed in our plant. Components can be disassembled for shipment to simplify on-site installation and shorten project lead times. SHIHUA offer integrated machining, welding and assembly for global orders to cut your supply chain costs.
Service Details
SHIHUA provide assembly and commissioning services for automated production lines. Our scope covers frames, drive units including motors and hydraulic cylinders, along with supporting electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Furthermore, SHIHUA specialize in assembling transmission mechanisms, such as belt drives, chain drives and gear drives at the power end, as well as shaft systems and sealing systems. The initial assembly is led by a design engineer and a process engineer to prevent assembly errors.
Once assembly is completed, SHIHUA conduct basic commissioning and testing to ensure all machines leaving our factory run stably and precisely.
Besides full machine assembly services, we also offer assembly for large equipment frames. We specialize particularly in the manufacturing and assembly of paper machine frames and metallurgical equipment.
This type of equipment requires final assembly at the customer’s site, with extremely strict requirements on frame dimensions and tolerances. Out-of-spec dimensions may halt on-site assembly work.
Our factory features a dedicated equipment assembly workshop and precision measuring instruments. We inspect the overall frame dimensions and tolerances to verify product compliance. Any non-conforming parts can be quickly reworked to guarantee installation accuracy of the complete machine at the customer’s premises.
