Machining Service
Professional large-scale CNC machining ensures accurate dimensions, smooth datum surfaces and precise holes for industrial components. Strict tolerance control enables perfect fitting, effective sealing and durable performance for heavy machinery parts.
Approximately 50 machining sets support turning, milling, planing and grinding. We steadily export heavy-duty frames, equipment bases, large worktables and stressed structural parts worldwide to meet standard heavy industry machining requirements.
Our factory brings welding and machining processes in house. Close collaboration between the two workshops forms the foundation of our quality and ensures on time delivery.
Service Details
Face Milling and Boring
SHIHUA is equipped with over 30 sets of machining equipment for face milling and boring, including gantry machining centers and floor-type boring & milling machines. The maximum processing length reaches 12 m, maximum width 4 m, with a machining tolerance of 0.01 mm per meter. For small-sized parts, the tolerance can be controlled within ±0.001 mm.
Lathe Turning
SHIHUA is equipped with 2 CNC vertical lathes and 10 horizontal CNC lathes.
The vertical lathes are dedicated to the machining of large rotary components, featuring a maximum turning diameter of 4000 mm and a maximum machining height of 2200 mm.
The horizontal CNC lathes accommodate workpieces with a maximum turning length of 5000 mm.
Surface Planing
Planing is applied for heavy stock removal on extra-large workpieces prior to CNC precision machining.
Besides, to meet surface roughness specifications, our workshop is equipped with surface grinders and cylindrical grinders. The finest achievable surface roughness reaches 0.4 μm.
