Our Services
As a professional metalworking supplier, we provide a full range of customized metalworking products and services to customers worldwide.
Welding Fabrication Service
Welding is the most common joining method for metal structures. Safe and robust welding delivers strong support and ensures sufficient rigidity for machinery.
Our factory specializes in welding for carbon steel and stainless steel, with a particular focus on heavyduty industries requiring high loadbearing capacity, including papermaking, metallurgy, railway and wind power sectors.
For quality inspection, we offer nondestructive testing (NDT) such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Visual Testing(VT).
Equipped with an inhouse machining workshop, we guarantee precise installation dimensions for largescale equipment frames.

Welding Technologies
Gas Shielded Welding Shielding gas protects the molten weld pool to minimize metal oxidation and improve welding quality.
Arc Welding Heat generated by electric arcs melts metal to form a weld pool. As the electrode moves, the pool cools and solidifies to create the weld joint.
Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) Heat from flux melts the base metal. The flux covers the weld pool and forms the weld joint upon cooling.
Laser Welding Laser welding uses a high-power focused laser beam as the heat source. It enables non-contact welding on workpieces.

Stainless Steel Welding
Welding stainless steel is more complex compared with welding other metals.
Nevertheless, robust and long-lasting welds can be achieved with proper equipment, precise temperature control and suitable filler materials.
Stainless steel welding consumables cover stainless steel electrodes, solid wires, flux-cored wires and more.
Driven by the development of metallurgy, petrochemical, shipbuilding and military industries, the consumption of stainless steel welding consumables has grown rapidly, accompanied by increasingly stringent quality requirements.
Beyond standard requirements such as corrosion resistance, crack resistance and low spatter, these materials also need to deliver excellent toughness at low temperatures and high creep performance under high-temperature working conditions.

Stainless Steel Cladding
Our stainless steel cladding uses premium 304 / 316 stainless steel sheets. Through professional precision cladding technology, the stainless layer bonds tightly with the base material for integrated forming. The finished surface is flat, seamless, free of bulging and delamination.
It delivers high strength alongside excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, acid & alkali resistance and weather resistance. It withstands outdoor sun, rain and humid corrosive environments, remaining rust-free and colour-stable over-long service life while being easy to clean and maintain.
Featuring a minimalist, premium metallic appearance, the cladding serves dual purposes: structural protection and decorative enhancement. Wear-resistant and impact-resistant, it offers a far longer service life than conventional painting and galvanizing treatments.
Widely applied to steel structural beams and columns, equipment housings, bridge railings, architectural decoration, mechanical equipment outer cladding and more. Custom sizes and shapes are available upon request. We provide long-lasting,integrated stainless steel cladding solutions for engineering and machinery projects.
