Slitting & CTL Combo Line

The slitting & CTL combo line is a complete special‑purpose equipment for metal sheet processing. It consists of core units including multi‑roller leveling machine, CTL slitter, copper & aluminum coil winder. It can perform continuous processing procedures such as uncoiling, leveling, slitting and rewinding for copper, aluminum and various metal coils. With coordinated operation of the whole line, it delivers stable processing accuracy and produces well‑dimensioned metal sheets and strips to meet high‑efficiency production demands of metal processors.

The main body is fabricated with high‑strength steel plates and profiles. The full‑range manufacturing workflow covers blanking, assembly welding, precision machining, assembly and commissioning. Boasting high structural rigidity and smooth stable operation, the equipment adapts well to processing conditions of non‑ferrous metal coils like copper and aluminum.
