3D Sand Printer

The 3D sand printer is a core additive‑manufacturing device for the foundry industry. It is used for rapid printing of various sand molds and sand cores, enabling foundries to shorten mold development cycles and realize fast prototyping of complex castings. This is our new project under research and development, and we are currently supplying products to AMSKY Technology Co., Ltd.

The main equipment frame is made of high‑strength profiles and steel plates. It goes through multiple processes including blanking, welding, precision machining, assembly and commissioning. Featuring stable frame structure and reliable operating accuracy, it is suitable for continuous sand‑printing operations.

Deep non‑standard customization is supported. Personalized design and production can be carried out according to customers’ printing size, molding efficiency and working‑condition requirements. All finished products pass multiple strict inspections before delivery. We provide product warranty together with comprehensive technical consultation and after‑sales support for intelligent‑upgrading projects in the foundry sector.
