Plate radiator transformer tank

The plate radiator transformer tank is a critical housing component for power transformers. It functions to hold transformer oil, protect internal iron cores and windings, and realize heat dissipation. It is available in two structural versions: with oil conservator and without oil conservator, to fit transformers under different working conditions.

Fabricated from high‑quality steel plates, the tank goes through a full production workflow: blanking, assembly welding, non‑destructive weld inspection, pressure leakage test, rust removal and anti‑corrosion painting. Featuring high‑precision welding and excellent sealing performance, it effectively prevents oil seepage and leakage. Equipped with plate radiators, it delivers outstanding heat exchange efficiency and keeps the transformer operating within a proper temperature range.
